We pride ourselves on our ability to meet any need with style and creativity, assuring the success of your event.
- There is no outside catering permitted at Comcast Philadelphia. All food and beverages shall be provided by Compass Group USA. Use of any other catering service is strictly prohibited.
- Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance.
- Orders placed less than 48 hours in advance, or for same-day delivery will be subject to availability and a $25 late fee.
- Orders must be canceled by noon the day prior to delivery. Cancellations after this window will be subject to charge.
- Any custom menu must be finalized within 72 hours of the event. Changes or cancellations after this window will be subject to charge.
- All breakfast and lunch packages must be placed for a minimum of 10 guests unless otherwise noted.
- Changes can be made to your order directly online up to 48 hours prior to your delivery time. Please contact the catering department with any changes required in less than 48 hours.
- Clients will be responsible for removal of all drop-off disposable services. If you would like a staff member to return to your room to clean up after the meeting has concluded, a $25 clean-up fee will be charged.
- NOTICE of 2-Hour Pickup Time - Applies to: Conference Center (CTC - 18th and 19th Floors, Town Hall, Comcast Center - Floor 45). For food safety purposes, our catering team will clear and discard all food items left out at room temperature within 2 hours of the setup time.
- ll items will be picked up within 2 hours of the setup time in the Conference Center and Town Hall locations.
- Catering is not permitted to provide containers for any leftover catering items.
- Hours of operation are from 7:30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
- Deliveries made before 7:30am and after 5pm will incur an additional $75 non-business hours delivery fee.
- Payment information must include the entire Cable Cost Center or credit card.
- Payment information must be received prior to delivery.
- Labor will be charged at the catering director’s discretion based on event requirements and additional labor may be charged if the event goes past the scheduled time.
